Branch 02

Education

Structured learning in AI, bioinformatics, computational biology and digital skills, for researchers, students and communities.

We believe scientific and digital literacy should be accessible to everyone: from researchers adding computational skills to their work, to school students meeting programming for the first time, to migrants and refugees building new lives in Poland and Europe.

01

Courses and Training in AI and Computational Science

Practical courses for researchers, professionals and advanced students with a life science or technical background who want to bring AI and computational methods into their work.

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning for life scientists
  • Bioinformatics workflows, databases and data interpretation
  • Computational biology, modelling and multi omics analysis
  • Scientific programming in Python and R
02

Workshops for Students and Schools

Hands on workshops that introduce ideas from biology, mathematics and computing, adapted with teachers to each age group.

  • Coding and computational thinking for school students
  • Biology and AI: how computers help us understand living systems
  • Data and the scientific method
  • Introductory university workshops in bioinformatics and AI
03

Education for Migrants and Refugees

Programmes that address practical barriers to integration: digital skills, access to science and technology, and orientation in a new educational and professional landscape.

  • Digital skills for everyday life and work
  • Introductory coding and technology for adults and young people
  • Science literacy: health, environment and technology
  • Language support in professional and civic contexts
  • Orientation to education and careers in Poland and Europe
Approach

How we teach

Every programme is adapted to the group, the context and the intended outcome. We work in small groups where possible and favour active, hands on learning. We welcome partnerships with schools, universities, NGOs and public institutions, including for EU funded educational projects.
